Make Your Own Sleep Tea

  • 4 teaspoons chamomile

Combine the above ingredients and store in an air-tight jar with a lid.

To Make the Tea:

Pour 8 ounces boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons tea mix. Steep for 15 to 20 minutes.
